I am desperately at temping to plot a project on a 750 HP Plotter. No matter what I do I can not seem to get my drawing to fit my "D" sheet size. Similar problems exist when I try to plot to a tabloid size with my HP 1220 printer. I suspect something is fouling up my drawing extents. When I do a zoom to fit - my screen is not filling out. I have looked through all my visibility settings and can not find anything that may be shut off. I'm getting a 2" margin or so with the 750 plotter. Any thoughts as to what the problem may be? Machine settings are fine - no problems plotting in Autocad.

Since Revit uses Windows drivers and Autocad uses it's own based on them...Revit suffers from Window's driver weakness at times. This document under the help menu (see image) is a good place to start troubleshooting. Often making sure you have the very latest driver for your operating system will clear up problems. Another possibility is that your titleblock family is created in such a way that it will not plot correctly (assuming this project and titleblock have never been printed to date?)
