We would like a command similar to "Tag all not Tagged" but for spaces.

You can use the Tag All Not Tagged option for Spaces.

Not for the actual space (the volume). Yes for the space tag

If you are trying to report the volume of your spaces you can add a label to your space tag to show that information.
I have one that shows the room name, room number and then either the Area, Volume or Footcandle Level depending on which type within the tag family I choose.

I tried to upload it here but I'm having a problem with the upload.

EDIT -
I now see what you are looking for. You want a command that will place spaces in all areas that haven't had spaces placed in them yet? (Space All not Spaced) :)

Judging by how long it takes Revit to place a single space as it is, I am pretty sure my computer would catch on fire if I tried to "Space all not spaced".

Though I would love a feature like that.

That would be fantastic if your linked model had all of the room bounding elements completely enclosed...I have a model with all sorts of "leaks." An example is when a room has a ceiling and the space "leaks" up to the next level instead of being totally bound by the ceiling. Then the plenum needs its own level above the ceiling for a space to be placed up there, and the spaces conflict with each other.

Basically, for large complex projects, I think this would create more of a problem than a solution since each space has to be scrutinized to make sure it is correct. It would be great for smaller projects, if all bounding elements didn't "leak" and if you could actually edit, not delete, items in the Review Warnings feature!

But then, S H O C K H O R R O R . . .

You'd need the Architect to do his design 'correctly'???? ;)
