There are some 200 rooms in this project, each room has 4 elevations. The Project Architect, nice chap really, has decided to re number the rooms - all of them. Is there a way to rename the rooms as in Autocad. For exam[ple Rm 154* to Rm 165* would rename the room and its elevations in one go. Is there a way to do this in Revit? Please.........

Thanks Scott,
tried that but it's not really what I'm looking for. The renaming feature in Autocad allows for multiple renaming by using wild cards so I can rename several named views all at once. For example Rm 134 Layout; Rm 134 Elev A, Rm 134 Elev B, Rm 134 Elev C, Rm 134 Elev D, Rm 134 section 1, etc is renamed Rm 152 Layout, Rm 152 Elev A etc in one go.
Only 150 rooms to go now.

Sounds like a post to the API forum may get something for you. Wildcard selection would be neat. I think possible too. I'll ask our API guru if he thinks its doable.
