Room tags & areas duplicated by mirroring

Has anyone run into this before and figured out how to avoid it? Each time I try to mirror objects like windows or columns I get this message:

"Room Tags that refer to different Rooms are in the same enclosed region. Area totals will count the area of this region more than once."

If I do go ahead and mirror, the only way I can correct it is to delete the rooms in the schedule and retag them.

This is a know bug, you don't have to delete the rooms, just drag a wall away from another wall defining the room, then replace it and it will rethink it and fix it.
