this one is very very bad....realy need some help

i have just completed a foundation plan i closed the file, saved to central and local....i went back to double check something and and when my foundation plan opened it looks like some sort of ceiling plan, and once looked like a second floor plan....all of the dimensions are not visible thought they appear to be on in visibility settings....please advise/help

ok, crying is over....i rebooted....and it came back fine, not turning machine off till i plot.........what makes it do that?

crying resumes....i opened the file again....the preview is just like i left it and it comes back looking different.....one of these sheets it what it looked like when i closed the file after saving (all information is on it), the other is what it looked like when i just opened it
