In my sheet schedule I have a title sheet an a bunch of other sheets from A101 to A703, My sheet schedule shows the Title sheet at the end of the list. How can I change to show it first? Or do I have to filter it out and write it down by myself?
Thanks.

Carlos,
Add a parameter. I used "Order", then number your sheets in the properties dialog.

John, can you clarify this for me? What kind of parameter is it?
Thanks.

I would just uncheck Appears In Drawing List on that sheet's properties. Is it really necessary to list the title sheet in the sheet list when the sheet list is on the title sheet itself?
As for the sheet number, we keep our title sheet's number as simply an underscore "_" instead of an actual number. This puts it at the top of the list in the project browser. We also use 001 for our life safety sheet number, so the underscore number works well for the title sheet.

1. Go to the view properties of the drawing list. click on Fields. Then click on Add parameter.
2. Give it a name "SheetOrder" and click ok.
3. Go to the sorting tab. sort by SheetOrder and then select descending. Click ok twice.
4. Your drawing list should have another column. Enter number 1 against your cover sheet in this column. It should go to the top. You can right click on the new column and select hid.
hth,

John, thanks, it works like a charm.
Patrick, thanks for your tip about the underscore, that is another smart solution.
Thanks again guys.
