Grabbing and Moving text labels (on a Titleblock) once loaded into Project!

Does anyone know a way to use a text label on a Titleblock and allow that label to be grabbed and moved around once loaded into the project. I find myself going back and forth a lot in order to get the placement just right.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions!

What part of the titleblock is the one that has the text you want to move? When making the titleblock I had it open and just kept changing, saving and reloading into project until it looked alright. If there is any part that might need moving around in the project, I would create it in the project, rather than in the titleblock .rfa
