I have made a window family from a series of profiles from Kawneer. In their profiles, they have included detail components that show the construction of the mullion when the detail level is set to either Medium or High. I have used their profiles in some sweeps in my family and I expected that when I set the detail level to high that I would see the detail component, but it does not show up. I have placed the window into a project to see if it would show up in the project and it still does not. Before I go ahead and add the detail components directly to the window family, I wanted to see if I am doing something wrong. Please take a look at this window family and let me know what I need to do to get the detail components to be visible.

If I understand what you are saying, you downloaded the Kawneer profiles and used them as the extrusions and sweeps in your family...?
Did you download the detail component as well?
If the detail componet is part of the profile family already could you post the profile family here?
I think all you have to do is select the detail component click <visibility> at the top of the screen and and check medium and fine while you have the Profile family open. Then load that into your window family.
