Open doors in 3D view

Greetings!
I am a Revit noob and I love it!
I would like to open the doors in the 3D view since they are closed by default.
Could someone please let me know how I can do this?

You'll have to just draw that edge using lines in the floor sketch mode. I doubt that you'll be able to select it, since it is not vertical.
