$RECOVER_... Block

I have some blocks named $RECOVER_... (... = numbers), the blocks show up in block editor, rename, and in purge (items I can't purge). The blocks do not show up in the properties (search for block using name).

How do I remove these blocks? I have tried wblock, but they seem to follow.

Audit and recover do not find any errors.

Can you rename them?
Get rid of the prefix and they should be purgeable.

I can rename the blocks, but still can't PURGE or see them in PROPERTIES. I tried this before, but forgot to mention this in OP.

In BLOCK EDITOR, 4 of the 5 blanks are empty/no entities and the 5th one has a 3d block. I tried deleting everything, drawing a line and deleting in the empty ones, and got 2 of the empty blocks to purge out.
