Dimension -Visibility

The visibility of individual instance of a dimension can be toggled ON/OFF with the 'Checkbox' in the Instance Properties. Even the Revit Help document says so. But, to my surprise, that property is no longer there for dimensions. The visibility is controlled globally under the 'View/Visibility'.

Is it a bug in the build or it is intentionally removed?
Or, Am I missing something in my System?
