Summary: Add a "through point" option to the fillet command.

Description: "Through-point" option for fillet.

How Used: We don't know the radius, but we have the tangents and a point on the arc. Right now we have to draw a 3-point circle using tangent osnaps and then trim everything - which rarely works with tangent arcs anyway...

This would be so much easier if we just clicked the tangents and the point.

I submitted a similar wish last year. The commend could also work by selecting the two objects you wish to fillet, and then allow you to see the the arc radius dynamically until you finalize it by clicking on a third point. OR click a specific point of tangency on one line, and then select a second non-parallel line to complet the fillet. I'd use both commands daily.

I think these could be combined so that you pick 2 objects (lines) then a "through" point. If the through point lies on one of the existing objects it should be interpreted as a tangent point. There would need to be a "fuzz" factor setting of ,say, up to 1 drawing unit.
