Equipment Schedule + Filters + Links + Design Options

Here's a fun little question. I'm trying to make an Equipment Schedule that works on multiple linked files. I created it, created the same filters and parameters for all the links and it is working correctly, but I noticed on one floor a bunch of Equipment is missing. The thing is, that particular equipment is in a Design Option in the linked file.

Does Revit exclude linked Design Option families from schedules?

I'm 99.9% sure I set up everything correctly in filters and parameters. Any ideas?

You need to go in to the VG of the schedule, and tell it which DO to use for each linked file...

It always trips me up that links can have different design options in different views/schedules. I know thats how it has to work, and it makes sense, but it sort of feels funny... LOL
