Can you export multiple Shared Parameters from a Project

We have written multiple shared parameters (about 100+) for our use in room data sheets. Unfortunately we have lost the shared parameter text file.
I understand that we can export shared parameters from a project file individually to recreate the text file. Is there a way to export all of them at once to recreate the file ?
