If you have a relatively complex slab edge that shares an edge with a wall face then that wall can not be moved without affecting the slab edge.
The more complex your slab edge the more terrifying this is. It is extremely inefficient to manually correct the slab edge every single time a wall shifts/moves. We (strucutral discipline) are responsible for dimensioning and locating all slab edges and everytime a wall moves even a minimal amount it reaks havoc throughout the plans.
So far I have seen no workaround that doesn't force rework on the user.
The farther along the project the more potential work is lost. (dimensioned plans/wall elevations etc.)
The only other mention of this bug (assuming its a bug) is the following thread:

Attached is a temp file that shows the condition mentioned above. Note that moving any wall have an undesired affect on the slab edges.
Is there some simple feature I am missing that dissables this?
Pinning and constraining the slab edge does not seem to force the slab to stay put.
Placing the slabs on a seperate workset and making that workset "not editable" and also turning it of is not successful. Revit still somehow manages to change the slab edge locations. Once you turn the workset on they are moved...
