View Title Text Sizes

Is there a way to have two (2) text sizes in the View Title? When I adjust the Label for the VT, it adjusts both the Title and Viewport Scale. I want the VP Scale to be smaller, but can't seem to create a different Label in the family.

Never mind........Brain Fart.been 3 weeks since I've been in RAC (Old ADT **** Job). Needed to Duplicate, rename, resize, apply.
