Revisions

Is there a way to make all the revisions show up on all the sheets whether a revision bubble has been placed or not?

Yes, in 2009 there is a new feature available for sheets that allows for this to happen. You will still need to create the revisions sequence items but once you do, if you select View Properties for the Sheet View, you can choose revisions on Sheet and select which Revisions you want to display. Also, if you add a revision bubble to a sheet, that specific revision will not be available to add to the same view so you only want to add revision bubbles for the sheets that you need them.

kenmarcus is right. Unfortunately there is no way to do it globally on all sheets. You have to turn them on on each sheet individually.

Thanks guys. I'm new to 2009 after using 2008 since it first came out. I haven't learned all the new features yet.
