Revet elements jump when selected

I have an Architect and this is the only machine that this happens on. But when ever an element is selected the element jumps/moves. It does not matter what the element is, line, wall, topo, it just moves either up or down...

What can the cause of this be? Has anyone encountered this before?

Oh, we have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does the same thing.

Have you tried using another mouse?

Just to second Andre on that sugestion ! Had to throw away a brand new mouse (Logitech) recently, because it acted weird when using the middle button, and caused me to drag elements around...
