Diameter dimension

Does anyone have any idea if it possible to make a diameter dimension in Revit. i know we have the radius dimension, but why no diameter dimension. any help on this would be appreciated.

You can use a linear dimension by tabbing, and selecting the end points of the two arcs that actually make up the circle. Revit's internal database does not store the "diameter information, and therefore it is always an independently calculated value. It stores the Centerpoint, and a radius, for a circle, or arch, that's all.
