REF EDIT (blocks from content manager)

unable to save REF EDIT drawings, and dims other drawings on the same screen while working on REF EDIT drawings

So far as I know, the SAVE command has always been disabled while reference editing a block or external reference. You have to end the reference editing session to save that file. While reference editing in one file, I was able to switch to another open file and save the other file, in ACA 2009.

I rarely work with multiple drawings visible at one time, but I just tried this in ACA 2009 and the dimming of the non-referenced items while reference editing a block in one drawing did not change the appearance of objects in the other drawing.

Also, this is an AutoCAD feature, not an ACA feature, so you may want to submit this to the AutoCAD wishlist forum (http://forums.augi.com/forumdisplay.php?f=246).
