What is the concept behind Visibility Graphics Overrides on Sheets?

I noticed that you can VG on a Sheet but overriding anything does not impact anything any of the views on the sheet... What is the use of VG on Sheets since you can't really draw anything on them? (except annotations related to the sheet itself)

Am I missing something?

I think it's just that the same V/G dialog is given to all views, regardless if everything shows up there or not. So the v/g for the sheet has walls/doors, etc, but since there aren't any in that view the control does nothing. Same as how you get a v/g tab for imports even if there are no imports visible in the selected view.

In VG you can basically turn objects on and off like freeze/thaw in AutoCAD. The most change is by clicking the Object Styles button at the bottom and from that dialogue box you can change line weight and color. Hope this helps.
