Unable to open Navisworks Manage 2009

Hi,

I am having an issue when I try to open the navis manage 2009. The application is not responding and I am not able to see the Main application Window. I could see in the task manager "roamer.exe" process running, but the app window is not getting displayed. I tried to reinstall the product, but that didn't help. I am still having the same problem. I am able to open navis freedom 2009.
Any ideas on what is happening or what could have gone wrong?

Hi Nithya,

Try the following:

Delete the LastSession.xml in the users application data directory, e.g.

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Autodesk NavisWorks Manage
2009.

Relaunch the product, and a new LastSession.xml file will be written.

Also, you might consider upgrading to 2009.1. It is much more stable and fixes a few minor bugs.
