The schedules are separated from the Browser Organization so is there another way to organize the schedules if I have more than a thousand schedules in the same project?

Other than by using a systematic approach to naming them, no. They do not take on the properties of other types of views. You can try using different non-standard characters in the names of some Such as the ampersand character, or using zz-Schedule name for others. In this way you can get some to "float" to the top of the list, or to the bottom of the list, which ever you prefer. Good luck with that many schedules!
