3D surface ....

I'd like to create a triangle in 3d space it's 3 sides are not in the same plane ... I've tried to create an in-place family and make an extrusion object but i could not change reference planes during the extrude command ... I've attached a pic of the product I want to have ( the four 3D triangles under the dome) .... any ideas?

It is hard to see in the picture but to me it seems that the best way would be building a half sphere (or even 1/4 of an sphere), add another one smaller as a void to be able to make it with a thickness (like a shell) rather than a solid sphere and later work with a couple of cilinders (actually 3 cilinders) as voids to cut parts of the spherical piece and make it with the shape you want.
