i-drop Content Search

I have the i-drop extension installed on both my computers and it works fine on one, but the other, which are both running XP, shows that the i-drop works when testing on the i-drop download page, but I only get the hand on the content page.

I was prompted to run Active X on the computer that works fine. Not so on the other. What am I missing?

I contacted "feedback" and they straightened this out for me. Thought this may help another.
