I'm trying to create a mullion grid pattern on a curtain wall object (and I'll preface by saying that the curtain wall has an edited sketch). Whenever I place a grid line a small chunk of infill panel extends beyond the edge mullion. As far as I can tell I have no constraints, patterns or rules defined for the curtain wall. I tried splitting the wall into two objects @ the edited sketch point, but it still created the small chuck I mentioned above.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Can you upload a strip down version of the file with just the offending curtain wall system so that we may see better what you are experiencing?

Try disallowing wall joins at the ends of your curtainwall
