When I select a fitting, it says "no fittings available, load from library? yes/no". But then I have to select each fitting manually...
Is there a way to automatically just load all the files? Ducts/Fittings/Air Terminals/etc etc...?????

It is not a good idea loading all the families to the project, unless you know that you will be using all of them. But if you want to load more than one at once, you can open Windows Explorer, browse to the folder where the families are, tile both Revit and Windows Explorer windows side by side, select all the families you want, drag and drop into Revit (into your drawing area of your project).

cool thanks man, just did that...
I'm new at this so I dont know yet what I need/dont need...And my strategy at this point is to "need" everything.
Thanks again!
PS: This program looks easy on paper but when you actually do a real project in it, its very complicated...

That's normal. Maybe you are just crossing the second phase of a Revit user...;)

just checked the thread, yep at stage 2.
:(
This program can do SOO much but that comes with headaches. Also its great doing their tutorials but when you get a real project it really turns the whole thing upside down and its pretty difficult
Thanks :D
