Keynoting By numbe or By sheet??

Good Day,

Could anyone tell me how the "by sheet" option works?

When I saw that I got excited, but it doesn't work like I thought. If I would like to place a legend on multiple sheets, it gets confused. I tried having multiple keynote legends but that doesn't work either. So how does it work?

make sure your keynote schedule is set to "filter by sheet". It's on the filter tab in view properties...
