phase filters

i have the typical renovation project. so i'm drawing in the existing phase for existing walls and demolish walls to be removed while still in the existing phase.
and then change to new construction and draw new walls in that phase.
what is the best phase filter to use to have a completed drawing showing existing in faint "light" lines new walls in bold lines and the demolished walls shown as broken lines.
any suggestions welcomed.

Show All, in New Construction.

BUT, the walls to be demolished should be demolished in New Construction, not the Existing Phase...

You can also control the way existing, demolished, and new items look graphically
with Graphic Overrides in Phase settings.......
