'Jog' beam system tag?

I'd like to make this beam system tag turn and go to the end member. My money is on it can't do it. So... Can it? See the blue arrow on the attached screen shot.

It is very tricky but it can be done if you have patience.

Move your arrow to the right where you want to place it. Then holding down your left mouse and move the top arrow. Now slight move the arrow again to you right and this time only use the blue grip to move your text in the middle.

I just gave it a shot with no luck. Can you rephrase it? Perhaps I'm missing something. I can't move just an arrow, the whole thing moves. I'm running the latest build of 2009. Thanks for the help.

Can you provide a screen shot of it jogged?
