Good day everyone!
I wanted to know about the roof fascia problem i am facing, I have created a fascia profile using the fascia family but when i load it in my drawing and when i go to place the fascia using host sweep - roof fascia choosing my profile of fascia i place the fascia on the roof with 2 sides defined with the slope and the other 2 sides r not defined ,the edged don't align with each other.what can be done to solve this..
regards,
Aliya

What happens in Revit using host sweep for fasia, and in practice, is that there is a short horizontal return of the fasia before the rake begins.

Is that what you are seeing ?

Parts of the fascia that are on different plane will not automatically trim together with this type of geometry.

What i've typically done to work around this is to create a special corner element to the gutter...

Try Making your roof with square rafters instead of plumb. Then delete and redo the facia sweep
