Keynote tutorial

I'm a strong AutoCAD and VBA user but I'm struggling with Architectural Desktop's Keynoting tools. I'm setting up new blocks to use with the tools pallets and keynoting but no going good. The help files haven't been that help and I've spent alot of time googling.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a goot tutorial or guide while I continue to search these forums????
