Multi-Category Tag - Can't make Vertical

I haven't had the need for a Multi-Category Tag until now, but it looks as though they can't be switched to Vertical on the Options Bar. Even when you change to Vertical before tagging the object, it still doesn't obey. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hi Chad,
The tag works OK for me.
I can select either from the options bar or press spacebar to toggle between horizontal & vertical placement.

Here's a file with the object and annotation in question. I can hit Spacebar and see the option change but the tag won't.

Hi Chad,
Edit the tag family...
Go to the File Menu: Settings - Family Category and Parameters
In Family Parameters, un-check the Rotate with component parameter.
That should fix it.
