Summary: Add the ability to create cosinusoidal spirals.
Description: In the alignments, we would like to draw cosinus spirals. We can use the cosinus spirals in the Land Desktop softwares, but we also need in Civil 3D.
How Used: This type of spirals is very important in the railway design.
