I am attempting to use Autocad LT and Adobe Acrobat on another computer on my network to plot a .pdf file to my own desktop. I have made the Acrobat a shared printer however every time I attempt to plot the file I receive an error message: Autocad LT Error, A StartDocPrinter Call Was Not Issued. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

AutoDesk icentifies the solution to this as:
This error message indicates that there is a problem with the plotter driver.
To resolve this issue:
1. Delete the PC3 file and the system plotter driver.
2. Re-create the system plotter driver and PC3 file.
I'm thinking you would have better results using the
machine with Acrobat installed on it to peform your
PDF plots.

Posting the same question will get you the same answer:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?siteID=123112&id=2893151&linkID=2475323
And you will probably get a warning from the moderators against doing
so in the future.

Hi
Please note I've merged your post from the Plotting (http://forums.augi.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34) Forum into this thread.
Below comes from the AUGI Forum Guidelines (http://forums.solidvapor.net/faq.php?faq=vb_augi) -
<snip>
Do not post the same question to more than one Forum at a time. The term for this is "Cross-Forum Posting" which can be quite confusing and will complicate the Forum process. All but one of the posts will be deleted by the moderators.
</snip>
Can I please ask that in future you do *not* post the same question/query to more than one Forum, please let a post take it's natural course within the one Forum of your choice.
Thanks for your understanding,
Mike

Well thank you for the help however I couldn't get it to work so I just loaded the Adobe onto my computer (the easy way) and tried plotting that way. I ended up with a different error message but after un-checking the "Plot To File" box, both ended up working! So thank you again for the help. Also I apologize for asking the same question twice.

Hi Chris
No apology necessary.
Good to hear you've got it working.
