Summary: Allow feature lines to be drawn at elevation 0 but retain their 3D data for surfaces similar to feature lines.
Description: Add a "3D geometry" tab to feature line styles (see figure styles). Provide the ability for Feature lines to have 3D data but be drawn at zero elevation (flattened).
How Used: Most of the Data imported in from the field generates Figures. Using Figure styles, it will create a 2D line for plan, but all the 3D data is there for use with the surface / breaklines. This is a nice feature for linetype generation at 3D. When drawing feature lines, it would be nice to control the 3D Geometry through the feature line style the same way as figure styles.
