Open Revit in Demo Mode by Default

Hi

My engineers want to open the project model just to view progress with no editing.

I know it can be run in Demo Mode from the help pulldown once it's open. Is there a way to do this automatically? Maybe from the command line on the shortcut?

We've tried creating DWF's but as they want the latest version all the time I've found this to be time consuming.

I don't know if this answers your question or not but once you change it to Demo Mode for a user it should stick. The user will just get the Product and License Information dialog box each time that they launch Revit.

Ah. I didn't realise it stuck in that mode.
