model scale wrong

I am importing a structural model into Navisworks and appending the Architectural model. In Revit both model ara the same scale, but in Navisworks the structural model is almost 3 times smaller than the architectural. I opened the structural on it's own and noticed that there are some lines showing and wonder if that has something to do with the problem. When I imported from Revit, I turned off all line work, so I do not know why this will be showing. Any ideas?
