Hey All,

Just curious how everybody handles window wells. Is there a technique or family available for such?

Thanks,

Clyne

Skisouth,

Usually a corrugated metal or concrete structure that holds the dirt away from below grade basement windows.

Thanks,

Clyne

If concrete - just a wall.

Aha! Another potential use for the "retaining wall" tool that I proposed. In real life I *do* use block retaining walls for window wells typically. Well, whether you do that or use a pre-fab unit from metal you could use the "retaining wall tool" to create the window well.

Clyne, I make a depression in my topo and then extrude a piece up for the well. I made this time ages ago and I don't even know what it is, but it is in my libarary and named "window well" so here you go.
