Property Line Labels

Is there a way to get revit to automatically add labels for distance and bearings on each property line or is this something that has to be done manually?

You don't have to do it manually. You can load a property tag. Go to File > Load From Library > Annotations > Civil > Property Line Tag. Once loaded just go to Drafting menu > Tag > By category and select the property lines. If you want to do all lines at once, select Tag all not tagged > select Property Lines segment tags > all objects in the current view or selected objects in the current view.
