SVP - how do you draw them?

I'm currently drawing some plans up and normally the SVP (soil & vent pipe) doesnt really affect what im doing and i use a round steel column do show it.

this one is right in the way and needs to be moved, and im wondering what is the best way to draw it? it is something MEP will find easy and i could draw in (trial version) then load my project back into Architecture (of course i have no idea if it is MEP or how to do it lol)

I would just make it a Wall Hosted Family, that is roughly the correct size (or exactly, depending on how much you need to alter/move/clear it...)
