View Template ?

Can I use view templates, with linked revit views. We have an Arch Interior, an Arch Exterior shell, and a Struct revit model. The Existing Ext walls in the Ext model only show up in the Int model if we link views. I have not been able to use view templates and have linked views. Any ideas on how to make the walls show up, or use view templates and linked views.

Yes. When you have a linked file, Revit will show a new tab for Revit links in the visibility graphics overrides window. That tab will control the link. You can set it there the way you want and create a view template from that view. It will control the linked file the same way in all othe views you apply the template.
