I can't get two horizontal mullions in the image to join correctly. The problem is that the upper part of the mullions differs. If I use the same profile Revit does it correctly. Is there any way to trim the unnecessary mullion part created in the third image? Thanks!

aleksandar,
First of all, Welcome to AUGI !! Your question is - Can I get Revit to 'trim' the mullions when there are 'extras' or if it uses two different profiles? Unfortunately, No - not when the mullions are of two differing profiles/shapes and not when you're using the standard mullion tool. Revit treats these mullions as a simple sweep, using the Profiles along a path of the gridline, and the geometry simply doesn't match-up.
In oder to do specialty mullions and shapes (in your example), you'd actually need to create a special corner 'Panel', and create the geometry for the mullions inside. Hope this helps.

Thanks Kyle, saved me a lot of time and trouble.
I'll try doing it with the corner panel.
