Pattern Error?!?

I am trying to Import a Custom hatch pattern I created that is a fairly simply brick-style pattern. I keep getting an error that there is bad syntax on line 4, but I can't figure out what is wrong. Can anybody find my bug??? My pattern is supposed to be 9' long panels with the first course 4' high and the second two courses 3' high.

line 4:
90, 0,0, 108,0, 0,-48
the offset (the 5th digit cannot be 0)

so also line 6, and 8 will give you an error.
