Custom Titleblock

I'm a newbie to Revit and I have problems modifying the Metric Template Titleblocks that comes with the Revit installation. I would like to start with a clean sheet when creating my custom titleblock but I can not delete the lines that exists in the file "A1 metric.rft". the lines belong to the category Title Blocks. Are the lines locked in any way, because when I right-click a line the delete option is grayed out?

Those lines are "hard coded" and can't be deleted. They show the extents of your paper. If you don't want to see them, just select all the lines and change their type from titleblock to Invisible lines in the upper left corner pull down menu. The lines will still show as gray in the family, but not when loaded into the project.
