In Revit 8.1 we can easily add a new city location with "C/Program Files/Autodesk Revit 8.1./Program/Ar3Redist/Unicode Enu".
Open"ar_city.uni" by notepad. Then insert new city's latitude and lonftitude datums.

But where is this ar_city.uni in Revit 2009?
Or what is the way to insert a new city location in Revit 2009?

Thanks for appreciation.

I dont actully think we can define the cities name anymore. Accurender was using that file not MR. But you can still fill in the latitude and longitude. The value is going to be USer Defined

Hi there!
In "C:\Program Files\Revit Architecture 2009\Program" folder You can find file "Sitename.txt". It contains city list. You can edit it and add as much cities as You need.

I haven't been able to find this file (RAC2009)

Has anyone had any luck with this?

Yep - I have with the 64 bit version - I guess the 32 bit version would be under:

C:/program Files (x86)/Revit Architecture 2009/Program
