Revit Structure 2009 - Shutdown Error

Hi,

A few of us here at work are having the same error message once Revit Structure has shutdown. We have just recently updated to 2009 and also added service pack 2, it was and is running fine apart from when you shutdown the programme.

DDE Server Window: Revit.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x01150aea" referenced memory at "0x00000020". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the programe

Has anyone else had this problem and if so have they solved it?

Yes, RAC2009 generates the same error when closing, but only on random occasions. I have not found any cause for this, or any sort of pattern to when it will happen. I think it's due to some kind of memory leak.

Have you had any troubles opening files in other programs while Revit is open, prior to getting this message when closing out?

Hi,
I get the same error when shutting down Revit but only if I have opened a file. If I start Revit and then close it (without openening a file) when it has finished loading I don't get the error.
