help with title block

I am trying to fix the architects title block that I loaded from his model.
I've attached a file showing his (on the right) and waht i get when i load the title block (on the left).
when i bring it in the schools address and school district do not appear, if i try to edit them i get a question mark. if i go into the title block family i can change it but when I reload it into my project I still get the question marks.

The School Address is likely utilizing the Project Address Parameter.

From within your project (not the Title Block Family):
Go to Settings -> Project Information... to open the Element Properties Dialog
Select the Edit... button next to the Project Address Parameter
Fill in the Address
OK out of the Edit Text Dialog and the Element Properties Dialog

Best guess for the School District Label is that it is utilizing a Shared Parameter that is not currently loaded in your project.

To verify what parameter the label is utilizing:

From within the Title Block Family:
Select the Label
Select the Select Parameter... button on the Options Bar
The Parameter Name that this Label is utilizing should be highlighted in the dialog
Post back here with the Name of the Parameter

If it is a Shared Parameter that was created by the Architect that you currently don't have loaded in your project and/or don't have access to there are several approaches you could use.

Cheap Fix:

Use "dumb" text instead of the label in the Title Block Family.

Utilze the Shared Parameter:

Get the Shared Parameter text file from the Architect so that you can load the Shared Parameter in your Project.

or

Export the Shared Parameter from the Titleblock Family and load it into your Project.
