Revit dosent open Error window only shows !

Revit dosent open Error window only shows an exclamation mark. No text or anything. Has anyone else had the same issue?????
A guy in our office came back from lunch and Autocad closed down. He cant open that either?????

I would quite architecture ;-)
Try using the Revit file with the audit option

are you ACAD and Revit Licenses on a network?

Yes, all networked up.

It seems my colleague can use all his autodesk products once he logs on as administrator

it might be a profile thing...if thats not it try reinstall.
