hi all,
I would like create an assembly that

A: fill slope
Assembly(LaneInsideSuper, BasicShoulder, DaylightBench)

I think you have to use the conditional cut/fill subassembly Autodesk released on its website (for subscription customers only, C3D 2009 only).

Or come up with a custom subassembly (involves programming).

Also, if you use the conditional cut/fill subassembly, be aware that Autodesk created it so that it installs itself for your local user only. So there are some issues to getting it working in a network environment.

but I'dont access in the subscription customers because i try the trial of civil 3d.

Then I think your only option is a custom subassembly, which is something you probably do not want to tackle if you are only trying a Civil 3D trial...
